Develop the foundational skills that make breathwork a truly empowering practice.
Breath, Body, Spirit
A six-week trauma-informed, somatic, and ritual-oriented breathwork immersion.
Learn the essentials that make breathwork safe, powerful, and empowering.
What This Course Is
Breath, Body, Spirit is a 6-week live immersion into the principles that make breathwork safe, powerful, and transformative.
You’ll learn how breath interacts with your nervous system, your body, and your emotional landscape — and how to engage the practice with skill, intention, and depth.
Breathwork is inherently participatory. Whether you are new to the work or experienced in expanded states, this course teaches the essential skills and frameworks that make the practice coherent, grounded, and truly empowering — rather than overwhelming or unclear.
This is not facilitator training.
This is empowerment training.
You will learn how to engage breathwork with discernment — supported by guidance, structure, and community as you build the awareness that makes the practice truly life-changing.
In Breath, Body, Spirit, you will learn to:
Create a grounded, energetically clear container for breathwork.
Build nervous system literacy and support your system throughout the full arc of a journey.
Release tension and de-armor the body through breath, movement, sound, and self-touch.
Work intentionally with protection, support, and non-dogmatic spiritual framework.
Use breathwork as a bridge between body and spirit.
Integrate expanded states through embodiment and ritual.

“Working with Briana was the greatest gift I've ever given myself. Don't hesitate. The tools, resources, and container she provides are worth the investment alone, but Briana as a teacher (her energy, guidance, compassion, and positivity) is a benefit beyond measure. I had never felt more safe than in the container she offered. The tools she shared helped prepare me to establish a personal practice unique to myself. Our work together opened up doors within myself that I hadn't believed I had capacity for. Nothing I had tried previously went to that depth. This is some of the most impactful self-work I've engaged in.”

"Briana was an amazing facilitator giving thorough and insightful background beforehand and thoughtful and caring guidance throughout the whole experience which made me feel safe, seen, and held throughout. What I most appreciated was Briana's deep respect for everyone having their own experience and her invitation to participate with freedom and authenticity. It was a powerful experience. I highly recommend engaging Briana if you are interested in exploring this work!"

“Working with Briana was one of the most transformational somatic healing experiences I’ve ever had. I never felt so held as I let go of trauma stored deep in my physiology, that I didn’t know I had been holding onto. She created space for me to feel safe to move through my emotions, release trauma, and feel at home in my body. ”
Lisset K.

“Breathwork - WOW - what an incredible tool. After seeing upwards of 7 different therapists with different styles of practice, briefly being on antidepressants, reading countless books on anxiety, breathwork really cracked my egg. My body released things I've been stubbornly keeping inside for maybe my entire teen and adult life.”

"Wow, Briana, thank you. When she says she’s trauma informed she means it. As somebody currently going through EMDR I am always looking for ways to integrate the important work I’m doing in therapy. I highly recommend Briana If you are looking for a safe space to feel your feelings in your body, make new discoveries, connect with the self, and come out the other side in the wondrous light of gratitude."

"Briana helped me breathe through some very difficult life experiences. Her approach is gentle, yet powerful. I felt a huge emotional release, clarity, and aliveness after my 1-1 session with her and could take a full, deep breath for the first time in months. She was also really good about following up and making sure I had the tools to integrate this into my life."

Meet your guide
Hi, I’m Briana Lynn.
I’m a Trauma-Informed Breathwork Guide, Somatic Practitioner, Life Coach and Holistic Healer. My work sits at the intersection of body-based healing and ceremonial practice — where breath becomes a bridge, and where spirit is met through sensation, presence, and the intelligence of the nervous system.
I created Breath, Body, Spirit because I know what it’s like to be overwhelmed, to carry grief and tension in the body, to feel disconnected from mySelf while searching for something that actually helps. Breathwork, somatics, and ritual changed my life — not overnight, but steadily and truthfully — and I’ve watched them do the same for countless others.
This course gathers the practices that have been most transformative in my own healing and makes them teachable, repeatable, and your own. My role is to guide, support, and help you build the skills to hold yourself — with safety, reverence, and sovereignty.
All of you is welcome here. You belong in this work.
What happens in Breath, Body, Spirit?
Guided Breathwork
Breathwork speaks to the nervous system and the deeper subconscious places where memory, emotion, and pattern live. Throughout our time together, you’ll learn new tools, build awareness, and experience a variety of breathwork styles, each with a unique purpose. This practice works across body, mind, emotion, and spirit, gently bridging conscious and unconscious layers so transformation can take root.
Personalization
In each session, there will be space to ask questions, reflect on your experience, and gently explore what’s arising. You’ll also have the option to book private healing sessions at a discounted rate during the course for deeper support and integration.
Somatic Awareness
The body is a living archive of your experiences—emotion and memory, tension, and joy. When unresolved emotions haven’t had room to move, they can show up as patterns in the nervous system. Through somatic practices, we’ll grow awareness of sensation, build safety in the body as feelings arise, and open supportive pathways for expression and release—creating space for more ease, presence, and aliveness.
Integration Exercises
You will be offered a variety of integration prompts, homework assignments and self-care tools so you can integrate your breakthroughs and make breathwork, ritual and embodiment a part of your daily life to help you reach your goals and intentions.
Ancient Healing Practices
We’ll work with earth-based ceremonial tools to create a safe, resonant field for entering expanded states. These practices reconnect you with nature as a source of belonging, support, protection, and wisdom — and invite you back into the subtle, potent magic of being an integral part of the interconnected web of life.
Community
Community is a powerful part of this experience. You’ll move through the course alongside others who are learning, opening, and deepening right alongside you. In our weekly circles, we’ll share reflections, celebrate breakthroughs, and support one another through tender edges. This is a space to feel connected, inspired, and resourced by the collective.

You will leave with a strong understanding of how breathwork works in the body and nervous system, along with practical tools for engaging it safely and intentionally. Many participants feel more confident practicing independently, while others continue to value guided sessions — both are valid. The goal is skill and discernment.

Please consider the following recommendations to prepare for your experience:
Your Space. Establish a quiet, distraction-free space where you won’t be interrupted. You will need a space to lie down, maybe with a yoga mat or rug. You may want a flat pillow, a bolster, one or two blankets, and an eye cover. If you are in a shared home space, you may want to notify others that you may be making sounds as part of a healing process.
Technology. A laptop computer, quality speakers or headphones, and a stable internet connection.
Timing. Schedule space in your day after class so you don’t have to switch gears immediately to work or social commitments.
Clothing. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, and consider dressing in layers.
Dietary. Refrain from eating a large meal prior, as breathwork is not ideal on a full stomach. Please do not fast prior to breathwork.
Pen & Paper. Bring a journal to capture insights that arise.
Snack. Bring a protein-rich snack for after your session, as breathwork can build an appetite, and eating a snack can help you feel grounded before moving on with your day.
Substances. Please refrain from alcohol, cannabis and other substances for 24 hours prior to class.
