Group Breathwork, Ceremonies & Classes

Come as you are. Leave more yourself.

There is something that happens when people breathe, move, and arrive together that simply doesn't happen alone.

The collective field does something — emotions move more freely, the nervous system softens into shared presence, and the experience of being witnessed by a room full of people doing their own inner work is unlike anything you can manufacture by yourself.

All of the offerings on this page are entry points into this work — and practices worth returning to in their own right. No prior experience is needed for any of them. Just a willingness to show up.

Movement to Stillness Meditation

A weekly class for anyone who carries stress, has a busy mind, or has trouble dropping straight into stillness.

Sometimes the body needs to move before it can rest.

Movement to Stillness is a simple, four-part practice designed for the end of the day — when the accumulated weight of everything needs somewhere to go before you can actually arrive in yourself.

We begin with gentle shaking to loosen tension and discharge what's been building. From there we move into free, joyful movement — uninstructed, expressive, yours. Then we slow down into quiet sitting or lying still, witnessing the body and the self without agenda. Everything is invitational — seated or standing, tiny movements or larger ones, eyes open or closed.

This class touches the same territory I go deep with in my other work — somatic awareness, authentic self-expression, mindfulness, and the quiet art of coming home to yourself. It's an excellent standalone practice and a natural doorway into everything else I offer.

Come as you are. Leave more spacious, grounded, and clear.

When: Every Tuesday and Thursday, 4:30–5:30pm

Where: Heart Spring Health, Portland

Investment: $25 per class

All levels welcome — no experience necessary

Breathwork Ceremonies

A regular gathering for conscious connected breathing in community.

Each ceremony follows a gentle, intentional arc — arriving and grounding, setting a personal intention, moving through a 60-minute guided breathwork journey with curated music, and coming back slowly with time for integration and optional sharing.

Therapeutic touch and supportive guidance are available throughout the journey for those who welcome it.

These ceremonies are held regularly in Portland and periodically online — offering a consistent space to return to your body, release what's been accumulating, and remember what it feels like to be present in yourself.

What to expect:

  • Arrival, grounding, and intention-setting

  • 60-minute conscious connected breathing journey

  • Curated music throughout

  • Therapeutic touch available

  • Integration time and optional sharing

  • 2 hours total

Where & when: Monthly in Portland. Periodic online sessions. Group size limited to 12 — intentionally small for depth and safety.

Cacao + Breathwork Ceremonies

A deeper dive. More time to connect. Something a little more ceremonial.

Cacao has been used for centuries as a heart-opening plant medicine — gentle, grounding, and deeply supportive of inner work. Combined with conscious connected breathwork, it creates a uniquely rich and expansive container for healing, insight, and connection.

These special ceremonies are longer and more immersive than a standard breathwork session. We begin with intention-setting, connection and sharing of ceremonial cacao — taking time to open the space, connect in community, and arrive fully before the breath journey begins. The breathwork itself tends to go deeper with more ease, supported by the cacao's gentle amplification of sensation, emotion, and presence. We close with extended integration time, sharing, and a gentle ritual to seal the container.

These ceremonies are offered seasonally — each one is its own event, with its own theme and intention.

What to expect:

  • Opening ritual, grounding, and intention-setting

  • Sharing of ceremonial cacao

  • 60-minute guided conscious connected breathing journey

  • Curated music throughout

  • Therapeutic touch available

  • Extended integration, sharing, and closing ritual

  • 3 hours total

Where & when: Offered seasonally in Portland.
