Your body already knows.

You've read the books. You've done the therapy. You understand your patterns better than most. And yet — something still feels out of reach. A life that actually fits. Choices that come from you, not from who everyone needs you to be.

That gap isn't a sign you haven't worked hard enough. It's a sign the work needs to move into your body.

This is a space for people who are ready to stop managing their inner life and start inhabiting it.

Through breathwork, somatic awareness, and personal ritual — you learn to use your body as a compass.

From there, everything changes.

Have you spent years trying to understand yourself — and still feel like something fundamental hasn't changed?

Do you find yourself saying yes when everything in you wants to say no? Giving more than you have, holding more than is yours to hold?

Maybe you’ve been to therapy, read the books, developed insight into your own patterns — and still feel the gap between who you know yourself to be and how you actually move through the world.

Or maybe you haven't been able to name it yet. You just know you keep ending up in the same places — the same exhaustion, the same dynamics, the same quiet sense of having lost yourself somewhere along the way.

Do you wonder if there's a part of you you haven't been able to reach yet? Something underneath the analysis, the coping, the constant effort to figure it all out?

If any of this sounds familiar — you're in the right place.

Hi, I'm Briana Lynn —

Somatic Breathwork Guide and Integrative Coach based in Portland, Oregon.

I work with people who are thoughtful, self-aware, and genuinely committed to their own growth — and who have started to sense that the next layer of change lives somewhere the mind alone can't take them. Somewhere quieter. Somewhere that speaks in sensation, impulse, and knowing rather than analysis.

My approach is trauma-informed, body-centered, and deeply respectful of your own inner authority. I won't tell you who to be or hand you someone else's map for healing. What I will do is help you learn to hear yourself — clearly, trustingly, from the inside out.

I've spent over twenty years in helping professions and have trained extensively in breathwork facilitation, somatic trauma therapies, integrative healing practices and energy work. What I bring most to this work is a lived experience and genuine understanding of what it's like to be disconnected from yourself — and what it feels like to find your way home.

"After seeing upwards of 7 different therapists, breathwork really cracked my egg. My body released things I'd been stubbornly keeping inside for maybe my entire teen and adult life."

— Nicole R.

"Working with Briana was the greatest gift I've ever given myself. Our work together opened up doors within myself that I hadn't believed I had capacity for. Nothing I had tried previously went to that depth."

— Jessica H.

"I never felt so held as I let go of trauma stored deep in my physiology that I didn't know I had been holding onto. She created space for me to feel safe to move through my emotions, release trauma, and feel at home in my body."

— Lisset K.

1-1 Sessions

For anyone ready for deep, individualized support.

This is the most personalized way to work together. In our sessions, we draw on whatever is most needed — breathwork, somatic awareness, integrative coaching, inner child work, boundary exploration, ritual — following the thread of what's alive for you and building toward real, lasting change.

New clients begin with a minimum of three sessions, which gives us the space to establish trust, develop a map of your inner landscape, and start to move something meaningful.

How this work moves

Self-discovery moves in layers.

We might begin with breath — dropping below the thinking mind into what the body is actually holding. Conscious connected breathing accesses the places analysis can't reach: stored emotion, old survival decisions, the moments where you learned to make yourself small.

From there, we follow what arises. Sometimes that means somatic work — learning to track sensation, to recognize the difference between a genuine yes and a conditioned one. Sometimes it means examining what the body has revealed: the inherited beliefs, the family patterns, the conditioning that taught you to abandon yourself in order to stay safe or loved. Sometimes it means ceremony and ritual — creating intentional space to honor what's shifting and mark what you're becoming.

The modality follows the person. The tools change. The direction is always the same: back to yourself — not as you think you should be, but as you actually are.

A gift to get you started.

When you're overwhelmed, anxious, or just feeling far from yourself — the last thing you need is another thing to figure out.

Download the free guide “5 Rituals to Bring You Back to Your Body.” These practices take under five minutes each. The aim isn’t to fix you. They'll just help you find your way back to your body, one breath at a time.

It's free. And it's a genuinely good place to start.

“Breathe deeply, until sweet air extinguishes the burn of fear in your lungs and every breath is a beautiful refusal to become anything less than infinite.”

D. Antoinette Foy
