What I Offer
Some of the most profound healing happens when people come together with shared intention — away from the ordinary rhythms of daily life, held in a container that has been carefully prepared for depth.
If you're building something like that, I'd love to be part of it.
I bring a trauma-informed, body-centered approach to every context I work in — meeting people where they are, whether they're brand new to somatic and breathwork practices or seasoned in their own inner work. My facilitation is grounded, adaptable, and attuned to the specific needs of your group.
Breathwork, Meditation & Somatic Facilitation
I design and lead immersive breathwork, meditation and somatic experiences for groups — from single sessions to multi-day retreats. Each offering is tailored to your context, your audience, and your intentions.
Formats available:
Half-day workshops (3-4 hours)
Full-day intensives (6-7 hours)
Multi-day retreats
Ongoing group series
Professional trainings for clinicians, facilitators, and wellness practitioners
I work well alongside other facilitators and am open to co-facilitation with practitioners whose work complements this approach.

Retreat Documentation & Sacred Portrait Photography
I am also an experienced retreat photographer — and the combination of these two roles is something I hold with particular care.
Knowing how to photograph moments that are tender, sacred, and vulnerable requires more than technical skill. It requires the same quality of presence and attunement that good facilitation does — an understanding of when to be present with a camera, and equally, when to put it down entirely. I bring precision discernment to both.
My documentation work focuses on portraiture and the authentic atmosphere of a retreat — the quality of light, the texture of genuine presence, the moments of connection and transformation that define an experience. The result is a record that honors what actually happened, rather than a polished performance of it.
On select international retreats, I have also offered private sacred portrait sessions for participants on-site — an intimate, intentional experience that emerges naturally from the combination of facilitation, sacred space, and a skilled photographer who has been present with the group throughout.
Past retreat locations have included an eco-resort outside Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, a countryside monastery in the South of France, and the beautiful beaches and forests of Oregon.
This work is well-suited for:
Wellness retreat centers and retreat organizers looking for a breathwork and somatic facilitator
Therapists, clinicians, and healing professionals wanting to offer clients a group breathwork or somatic experience
Psychedelic integration programs and medicine-adjacent organizations wanting skilled somatic facilitation
Organizations and companies interested in trauma-informed wellness programming
Private groups — friends, cohorts, communities — ready to go deep together
Retreat organizers looking for a facilitator who can also document the experience with skill and reverence

Investment & Approach
Pricing is custom based on format, group size, location, and scope of facilitation and photography services.
Every group is different, and every context calls for something slightly different. I don't arrive with a fixed script — I arrive with a deep toolkit, a well-developed sense of attunement, and the experience to read a room and adjust in real time. What stays consistent across every engagement is the commitment to safety, depth, and genuine care for the people in the room.
I'm happy to talk through what you're building and put together a proposal that fits your vision and your budget.Past Retreats
